Alex qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 2009.
Alex has worked in a variety of roles as a surveyor for some 20 years including providing professional advice through RICS Homesurvey reports, valuation, development and project management alongside property acquisition for clients.
Alex uses his previous experience in buying property to support clients with detailed pre-acquisition advice in the form of RICS Homesurvey Reports (levels 2 and 3) for our individual clients.
Alex also provides valuation advice for residential, commercial and development property alongside providing Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA) for insurance purposes.
