Melanie qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 1996.
Prior to joining, she previously worked for a large corporate surveying practice.
She provides detailed pre-acquisition advice in the form of RICS Homebuyer Reports (levels 2 and 3).
She also provides Market Valuation advice for Inheritance Tax Purposes, Capital Gains Tax liability, Matrimonial matters and also Shared Ownership alongside providing Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA) for insurance purposes for both individual property and also portfolio’s as an RICS Registered Valuer.
