Nick joined Wonnacotts having spent the majority of his career working within the residential sales and lettings industry. During this time he has been responsible for managing several branches for Townends and Halifax throughout London and the South West.
Nick is qualified as an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors AssocRICS and a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors membership. Nick undertakes RICS Homebuyer and Condition reports giving pre-acquisition advice for clients. He also provides Market Valuation advice for Inheritance Tax Purposes, Capital Gains Tax liability, Matrimonial matters and also Shared Ownership as an RICS Registered Valuer.
